General Description
We mainly supply reciprocating piston compressor with power rating from 55kW to 2000kW. Our range of reciprocating compressor is mainly designed to increase the pressure of natural gas, marsh gas, and other special gases. Available in type L, D, XD, HY, and type M, it is further classified into over 100 subtypes. Our gas compressors are widely used for CNG refueling stations, methane power plants, as well as pressure increasing for oil pipelines.
Classifications
1. CNG compressors:
They fall into L, D, XD types, as well as gas engine driven compressors.
2. Type M process gas compressors:
With large compressing capacity, they are great pressure increasing solutions for ultra-long natural gas pipelines. They are also often used for gas pressure boostingin industrial chemical processes.
3. Oil field gas compressors
These gas compressors are designed to meet the harsh environment in oil fields. In addition to features such as large load rating, high stability, and high automation, they offer great resistance to extreme temperatures as well as windy and dusty weather conditions. Thus, they can meet the requirements such as oil and gas field exploitation, increasing the pipeline pressure for effective fluid delivering, oil and gas processing, light hydrocarbon recovery, gas drilling, gas storage, and more.
4. Offshore platform gas compressors:
This series of gas compressor is regularly used for natural gas delivering on offshore platforms.
5. Natural gas boosters:
Our natural gas boosters are often utilized for industrial gas pressure boosting, pressure increasing for ultra-long gas pipelines, petroleum refining, as well as the compression of petrochemical plant gas, shale gas, and coal bed methane.
6. Biogas boosters:
Biogas boosters are especially designed for biogas compression. With low inlet pressure, they are available with customized flow capacity in accordance with the demands of biogas plants.
7. Screw compressors:
Our range of screw compressor is applicable for low pressure gas pressure boosting, and the two-stage version has discharge pressure less than 3.5Mpa. It is commonly applied to increase the pressure for shale gas, coal bed methane, oil field, fuel supply system, landfill gas, etc.

Maintenance
All our compressors are provided with a User Manual which includes equipment maintenance information. The PLC control cabinet for our gas compressors will also remind users to perform maintenance and checking periodically.
